Yes, we offer free cake delivery services in Dubai for orders above 300 AED. If you are outside Dubai, you can schedule your delivery with a minimal delivery fee.
Can I pick up my order myself?
No we do not provide Pick up option, we only provide delivery.
Am I allowed to schedule my order?
Yes, if you want to schedule your order at another time, you can choose the date and time of pick up at the checkout page.
Do you offer any promotions?

Do you offer any customized cakes?
Yes, we offer customized and themed cakes for special occasions for anyone.
What if I need a customized cake?
If you need a customized or themed cake, just send us a message with all the details, delivery date, delivery time and other necessary information.
Do you offer eggless cakes?
Yes, we also offer eggless cakes.
How long does a cake stay fresh?
Usually, we recommend keeping the delivered cake refrigerated for 2-3 days. Avoid extending this period as it may ruin the taste.
I like the cake but want to make a few changes, is it possible?
Yes, we offer customized cake services. Just tell us your requirements and we will make it for you.
How long in advance should i order my cake?
We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience and secure enjoying delicious cakes. It is good to order customized cakes 2-3 days before the event if you are in Dubai. If you are outside Dubai, it is recommended to order your customized cake 4-5 days ahead of the event.
Can I get different flavors of cakes in a single wedding cake?
Yes, sure, you can enjoy a different flavor in each layer of a wedding cake.
Do you offer nut-free cakes?
Yes, we do. Some of our cakes are nut free but if you want a nutty cake, you can let us know.
Do you offer a concession on bulk orders?
Yes, we offer special discounts on bulk orders as well. Just send us a message and tell us the quantity. Our team will guide you further.
Is there a minimum order price limit?
In Dubai, the minimum order price is 50 AED, while there is no minimum order price limit for other Emirates.
What are the delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
How to order the cake?
